1. Non-Transferable Licenses

Keys are bound to a single Discord account and cannot be transferred or reassigned under any circumstances, including account bans or deactivations.

2. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or exchanges will be granted for any reason.

3. Strict No-Sharing Policy

Sharing, distributing, or leaking your product in any form will result in immediate blacklisting and permanent loss of access.

4. Data Collection

For license validation and anti-abuse purposes, we collect and store your Hardware ID (HWID) and account information. This data is used solely for product functionality and security.

5. No Modification or Tampering

Any attempt to modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the product is strictly prohibited and will lead to instant blacklisting.

6. Revocable Access

Whitelist access and product usage rights may be revoked at any time, without notice, and for any reason deemed necessary by the team.

7. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated or modified at any time. Continued use of the product signifies your acceptance of any changes.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in any activities that circumvent, disable, or interfere with the product's security features, licensing system, or intended functionality.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing, downloading, or using this product in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms.
